We cook in small batches once a week to ensure orders placed before midnight on any Sunday will reach you before the weekend (5 days from order to delivery). Our products are delivered fresh, but can be frozen if unopened and on date of purchase. Shelf life is 14 days from date of dispatch. Once opened, please store in the fridge and use within three days. Can be re-heated for 45 mins at 170 degrees. Serve at room temperature on the day of your feast. Or freeze for no more 3 months.
